No meu valve hammer assim que eu vou compilar o meu mapa que já esta todo pronto todos os .exe como o rad e os outros dão tudo certo só que no final aparece (erro arquivo de_glass.bsp e de_glass.pst não encontrados ) sabem como resolver?

Um dos problemas do seu mapa é que ele foi compilado no Desktop [ou em uma pasta que está no desktop.] Você não pode colocar pra compilar no desktop nem no meus documentos.
Configura uma pasta dentro do "Disco Local" [C:]
Entre no link que o Anderson lhe passou e leia os tutoriais pra aumentar o seu conhecimento.
